Good news and Bad

Good news! Adult student Cindy Cox tells me that their case has gone through the courts successfully and she and her husband are officially the parents of triplet boys! They leave for Eithiopia on the 15th to pick them up! Congrats x three! If anyone wants to contribute diapers bring them to the studio and we'll get them to her.


Bad News: Our Miss Taylor must leave us for a while as her fiance has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor and she must move to Nevada to care for him through surgeries. Apprentice teacher Miss Diedre will take over her classes under my direction. Our prayers and wishes are with Miss Taylor and her fiance for a successful recovery.

Okay, so I'm not doing much with this blog yet, but I intend to....right after I'm back on both feet!

Today's Nutcracker rehearsals are cancelled as I simply am not up to it yet. My leg is still wrapped up like a mummy, and every little bump hurts like crazy. But, this morning I was able to move around enough to make my own oatmeal and tea, take a spongebath and get to the computer. I can rest it on the ground for seconds with out pain, so I think when the wrap comes off tomorrow, I'll make great progress every day.
